Τhe villa can be rented in a large group or individually.
The complex consists of:
- One maisonette of 150 sq. meters in total which has on the top floor one en suite muster bedroom and outside there is a terrace equipped with an out door Jacuzzi, relaxing sofas, sun-beds and a mini bar. The sea view from this terrace is stunning.
On the midle floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a bathroom with bath tup and a washing machine, a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining and a sitting area equipped with a TV and relaxing sofas. Outside there is a large furnished with a dinning table veranda with marvelous views of the colorful garden and the sea. From all terraces one can enjoy panoramic view of Paros-Antiparos channel and the surrounding islands.
On the lowest level there is a large full of light studio with two single beds, one sofa bed for 2 persons, a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom.

In 500m far there is a very well organized food and fish market.
There is a shared BBQ in the garden of the villa always on request.
All bedrooms are equipped with A/C and TV. Iron and iron board are provited.
