There is also a lundry area with a washine and dry machine, an open plan country style kitchen which is very well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a cooker, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher, a ceiling fan, a music system and free internet accsess.
The living room features a large comfortable sofa, TV, fire place and panoramic south-facing windows.
Also in front of the lvining room there is a beautiful covered veranda furnished with a dining table and comfortable sofas offering stunning views of the sea, the pool and St George channel.
In front of this veranda, in the pool area, there are sunbeds and a relaxing Gazebo with comfortable sofas .
At the back side of the villa there is a protected covered terrace with a large dining table, a BBQ and built-in sofa beds for a shady siesta.
