Description
A luxury complex of two villas ( the main house and the guest house), right on the beach of Boutari region.
The main house consists of four en suite bedrooms, three with a double bed and one with two single beds, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a comfortable living room with a TV and outside there is a covered veranda with a dining table and relaxing sofas.
Next to this veranda there is a built-in BBQ, a traditional wood oven and a large dining table where one can enjoy dinners.
In front of the houses there is a very green garden with a large pool equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a Gazebo.
At the end of the garden there is a gate which leads to the beach.
Next to the main house there is a smaller one with two en suite bedrooms, a kitchenette and a dining / sitting area.
Each house is independent and is built on 2 levels with its own entrance. Both have large furnished verandas around them where one can relax and enjoy the view of the sea, the sunrise and the surrounding islands .
The complex located in a very quiet area only 2 minutes' drive from Antiparos town .
The main house sleeps 8 people, the second sleeps 4 people.
In total the complex can accommodate 12 people.
The houses are rented as one unit.
