The villa consists of:
-The main house which offers on the ground floor two en suite bedrooms, the one with a double bed and the other with a double and a single bed.
On the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living and a dining area and also a small W.C.
In front of the house there is a large, covered with Pergola, furnished terrace with a dining table, a sitting area offering marvellous sea views.
On the A floor there is an en suite double bed bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and a living area.
On the same floor is the swimming-pool with sun-beds and an outside shower with hot water.
Outside the house there is a large covered veranda with a dining table and a sitting area overlooking the sea and the pool.
On the B floor there is also an en suite double bed bedroom, a small Office room and a large furnished veranda with panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding islands.
The ground floor with the A+B floor can become also independent apartments.
At a distance of 30m from the main house there are two guest studios which offer, the one of them two single beds and a bathroom, the other a double and a single bed and a bathroom.
At an equal distance to the main house is built a traditional windmill.
On the ground floor it has a small kitchen, a bathroom and 2 single beds, on the middle floor it has a double bed and a second bathroom, on the top floor of the windmill there are 3 mattresses on the floor where 3 children can sleep.
Outside it has a dining table and a sitting area with sea view, also there is an outside shower with hot water.
The whole villa can accommodate up to 14 people.
- Near the sea there is a small chapel that is used for Christenings and weddings.
