A luxury complex of 2 Greek villas, in St. George ( San Giorgio) gulf, on the west side of the island, facing the island Despotico.
The villas, A+B, are built in Cycladic architecture, sharing large furnished terraces, a well tended garden and a fully equipped pool.
At the end of the garden there is a small gate leading directly to a small sandy beach furnished with a couple of deck chairs, where one can find a nice shady place under the trees and enjoy a nice swim.
The beautiful beaches of St. George are also easily accessible within a couple of minutes’ drive from the villa.
The area is very well protected from the summer Cycladic wind .
The complex was built in 2006 on a 6,500 sq. meters property and 50 meters away from a private little beach.
It consists of two individual fully equipped houses, all in one level, surrounded by large terraces with four dining places, a built-in barbeque, a traditional oven, a sitting areas all around where one can relax, read a book and enjoy wonderful sunsets.
The villa A consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 people.
The villa B consists of 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and sleeps 4 people.
The villas are rented as one unit.
Description
-The villa A offers 3 bedrooms, one master en suite double bed bedroom and two other bedrooms with twin beds each which share a bathroom with shower.
A fully equipped kitchen decorated with, a traditional oven, a 6-person dining table, a living area with a fire place, a TV with satellite connection and a guests W.C.
-The villa B offers 2 en suite double bed bedrooms, a guest W.C, a fully equipped kitchen, a 12-person dining table, a sitting area and a TV with satellite connection.
All rooms of the villas have A/C, ceiling fans and are simply decorated in beige and olive grey shades combining antique Greek furniture with comfortable deep cushioned sofas.
Also each house has Hi-Fi and a plasma TV.
A Barbeque, a traditional oven and an eating area are shared by both houses.
Both the villas can accommodate 10 people and are normally rented as one unit.
All terraces are beautifully furnished with good taste, great attention to the details and with comfortable sofas for relaxing in the shade.
The villas face West-South, are by the sea, opposite the island of Despotico and the island of Sifnos in the distance.
